George attended Nashville Technical Institute and received an apprenticeship at Nashville Record Productions in 1970. George brings with him 40+ years of experience and has been involved in all of the transitions from tube to transistor, vinyl recordings to tape (8 track and cassette), and tape into digital, all while making NRP the first mastering studio in Nashville to have hard-disk editing for compact disc.

Wesley began his career with Nashville Record Productions as an apprentice in 2006 after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and post-secondary education at the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences. Since that time, he has worked on many reissue projects from Sony, Universal, Sundazed, Traffic and Numero, and has mastered the majority of Third Man Records’ catalog.
